except one time i went to the billiard and one of the staff was very angry as i played he should be more polit also one night full electric went down but after 1 hour came back again

The pool was great

No outside furniture, chairs to sit on

Quiet and room spaces, the staff are great.

They didnt clean the rooms

private pool was amazing, breakfast included was a simple buffet

SO MANY MOSQUITOES IN OUR ROOM. when we checked in there was at least 20 mosquitoes in the room. we couldn’t leave our doors open for even 1 minute without mosquitoes coming inside. we had to go buy bug spray to get rid of them all

We stayed for 3w 4d in a Deluxe pool villa in March for our first visit to Jomtien. A very nice resort consisting of approx 100 pool villas. Every villa has it's pool and garden area surrounded by a wall with gates offering total privacy. The villas are very nice with everything you would expect, 2 sinks, bath, toilet and outside (but under cover) shower with both rainfall shower head and handset. As well as the individual pools there is a main pool with a shallow children's section. A clubhouse and exercise room are located adjacent to the pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and never failed to give a cheerful wave as we walked around. We had breakfast included and also had two evening meals, all fine however we normally tended to eat in Jomtien in order to help other places survive. When on holiday we stay in villas, this was our 6th stay in a pool villa and it was one of the best villas or pool villas we have stayed at, it was also the cheapest pool villa we have stayed at. The reason for the low price was the location, a 40 minute walk to the beach through not nice areas however this was not as much of a problem as it would first appear. I downloaded the Bolt taxi app and the service was very good, normal wait was 2 to 5 minutes however between 5pm and 7pm it could be up to 30 minutes. Hotel to beach 50B (£1.25), to Walking Street 100B, all bars/restaurants have WiFi so easy to book a return taxi. When considering how much an equivalent pool villa (if you could find one) would cost in a better area the difference pays for more taxis than you could possibly use. Summary - Great pool villa and staff, location poor, use taxis which are very cheap and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and we hope to return in a couple of years.

Pool Villa seems to be a bit worn out and requires maintenance. Far from Jomtien and Pattaya central. no convenience stores or eateries nearby the resort

Location of the hotel. It was bit far from everything. However, excellent for a quite relaxing getaway.

Le personnel est tres sympathique attentionné pas de soucis.

Wc qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Pas de douche intérieure seule une baignoire. Douche extérieure avec des rideaux.

Aucun confort dans l’espace extérieur ( Pas de transat Il faut s’asseoir a même le béton, Piscine pas propre. Salle de bain vieillissante… Avec des taches incrusté sur tous les miroirs.

Malheureusement,grosse déception.

Nous étions très heureux de pouvoir réserver une villa avec piscine,c’est un établissement qui a un gros potentiel,mais je pense que le Covid a fait du mal,ce n’est pas entretenu,c’est vieillissant,pas tondu,ils ont même retiré des lumières au-dessus des miroirs de la salle de bain,pour je pense faire quelques économies,quand nous sommes arrivés,il n’y avait pas grand monde,on c’est retrouvé dans une villa avec un grand mur devant nous,un moteur de climatisation à proximité qui faisait un bruit incroyable,bref,dans le prix est inclus un barbecue donc nous étions heureux de pour voir profiter d’un extérieur,mais sans succès,ils nous ont demandé de payer 500BTH pour obtenir cela..donc je suis allé à la réception pour faire pars de mon mécontentement,et nous avons changé de villa,c’était mieux,mais toujours sans barbecue,et pas entretenu… Bien dommage car quand on voit les photos,c’est vraiment sympa.. je pense qu’il y a un manque de personnels et de moyens,bref ce n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles…
